Easter Tea

Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for our delicious afternoon tea today, and thank you also for the delicious contributions of cakes. It was so lovely for us all to be toether in the church once again.
There were some amazingly creative designs for our Easter cupcake competition. We were so impressed by them all, and by the children who went above and beyond and actually created these designs as real cakes. Our winners were: Tiffany, Millie, Thomas and Jessica. Congratulations!
We met our new school ambassadors, Wilberforce and Antonia, who let us know a bit about the work they are doing for our school on mental health. We look forward to hearing more about how they get on.
The children treated all the grown-ups to a beaultiful song - Psalm 23, The Lord's My Shepherd. The children have been working very hard with Mrs Harris on their singing and it felt wonderful to be able to share their hard work with our school community.
A big thank you to the 'friends' of our school for providing refreshments throughout the afternoon.
