Please see below all the information you will need for the trip to Bewerley Park.
Please ensure you read all the allergen infomation carefully.
Please can all medical forms be in school for Friday 5th September LATEST.
Please ensure you have completed a consent to adminster medications form and have returned this to school along with any medication your child needs by Friday 12th September LATEST
Please send any money for the trip in an named envelope to school by Friday 12th September LATEST.
If you wish to take your child to the local secondary school tours planned for Thursday 18th September, you should notify Mrs Taylor by Tuesday 9th September and collect your child at 1pm or 5.30pm from the centre on the day. We cannot guarantee if they attend the afternoon activities that they will be back to the site until 5.30pm.
